A progressive 4 week course to learn techniques to practice Pranayama (breathing exercises) and to develop an understanding of Yogic Philosophy. Integrate your understanding of your work on the mat with the fundamental teachings of Patanjali through the Yoga Sutras. A practical approach to applying this philosophy to your yoga asana practice and your life.
