Term 1 Beginner's Iyengar Yoga Course

Establish the foundation of a well rounded yoga practice. 

Develop physical fitness, flexibility, breath awareness and mental wellbeing. 

Attend weekly course classes over the 10 week term with additional free access to Yoga Basics (come up to three times a week with the Beginners Yoga Course pass). 

Classes on Saturday mornings (Mon 8pm, Tues 6:30pm & Sat 8am)
