2 Hour Workshop (including sound bath)
Sunday 17 May 3-5pm
Step out of the rush of daily life and into a space of deep rest, inner stillness, and renewal.
Join us for a profoundly nurturing 2 hour class guided by Nicole. This immersive session will blend restorative postures and guided pranayama (yogic breathing) to calm the nervous system, awaken subtle energy, and cultivate spacious awareness from the inside out. Followed by a session of sound immersion through sound bowls.
✨ What to Expect:
Deeply supported restorative poses
Introduction to or deepening of pranayama techniques
Gentle, mindful sequencing
A tranquil, welcoming space
An opportunity to reset, realign, and reconnect
A crystal sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in sound waves. The effects are mostly psychological and physiological.
The sounds overlap and vibrate through the space, and your body.
You may experience:
A deep sense of calm or stillness
A floating or “dreamlike” state
Tingling sensations or subtle body vibrations
Heightened awareness of breath and body
The sounds can encourage brainwave slowing—shifting from active “thinking” states (beta waves) toward more relaxed states like alpha or theta.
Reduced stress and anxiety
Lower heart rate and muscle tension
A sense of emotional release
These effects are likely linked to activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (your “rest and digest” mode)
Crystal bowls produce very stable, resonant frequencies. The idea is that your body can “entrain” or synchronize with these rhythms—a concept called brainwave entrainment. While not fully proven, it’s a plausible explanation for why repetitive sound can influence mood and relaxation.
Limited spots available. Come rest, breathe, and return home to yourself.
