Communal dinner (BYO plate and bevvie), DIY accommodation or limited accommodation onsite, held a purpose built yoga shala, approx 2 hours from Melbourne at Phillip Island.
2 x 2hr yoga classes daily including asana, pranayama and meditation interspersed with yogic philosophy.
Saturday 9am-11am (asana) and 3pm-5pm (restorative/pranayama)
Sunday 8am-10am (asana) and 1pm-3pm (restorative/pranayama)
