Immerse in Iyengar Yoga over three special morning classes with Nicole. Start your day early and fresh with yoga. Learn how to open your mind and body to a regular practice and set yourself up for a balanced and energetic outlook with yoga. 

This Immersion is open to all Mid Year Bridge Pass holders and therefore open to all levels of practice. We encourage you to take your practice further and experience the benefits of daily practice with this short three day yoga immersion. 

Valid passes: Mid Year Bridge Pass, 10 class card, casual class or Membership/Annual Membership
