Understand the fundamentals of a well rounded yoga practice by focusing purely on Yoga Basics. Develop physical fitness, flexibility, breath awareness and mental wellbeing. This is a weekly casual class. It is also free for all Beginners Yoga Course and Intro Level 1 Course participants.
