Following our asana practice, you are invited to continue your practice and spend some time resting with the resonant tones of singing bowls in acknowledgement of the full moon.
This quiet sound experience offers an opportunity to settle, observe, and absorb the effects of practice, bringing attention to stillness, breath, and the changing rhythms reflected in both nature and ourselves.
You are welcome to attend the Sound Bowl experience separately to the 6.30pm asana class.
