INTRODUCTORY WEEKEND

This short course takes you from the start of your practice to provide you with the groundwork and confidence to attend regular Foundations Classes. In 2 classes over 2 days you will be guided and supported in your understanding of the foundation poses. You will also learn some of the essential aspects of this transformative practice of Iyengar Yoga.

Classes are on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November at 10.30am - 11.45am.
