Foundation Iyengar Yoga Course for Beginners, TERM 2, 2024

This pass is valid from Monday 15th April  to Saturday 29th June
Attend up to 20 classes with this pass

Specifically for beginners, this 10 week course will help you establish the foundation of a well rounded Iyengar Yoga practice.
 
  •  Learn Asana, the physical postures of yoga, to encourage fitness, flexibility and muscle tone.
  • Develop breath awareness and learn to cultivate mental wellbeing through a meditative approach.
  • This course is the ideal place to start or renew your yoga path.
  • These classes also make a great refresher if its been a while since you last practiced.
  • While most benefit is gained by attending the course in its entirety, these classes are also open to casual attendance.
Attend classes every Monday at 8pm or Tuesday at 6:30pm (one or the other each week - be sure to reserve a place in your preferred class time). Course Pass includes additional access to Saturday's 8:30am Beginner's Yoga Classes (reservations required; maximum attendance of two classes per week on this pass, your choice of Beginner's weekday class and the Saturday morning class).
