Step up from the Beginners Yoga Course and prepare for Level 1 with this bridging course. Firmly establish the fundamentals and the confidence to move ahead with your yoga practice. Wednesdays 6:30pm or Thursdays 6:30pm.
Attendance is once a week, however if you'd like to attend more classes we are offering a heavily discounted 10 class pass (valid for 1 year) to those enrolled in courses. Purchase link by request only.
